RAID Connect: Try Poseidon – Dive RAID UK & Malta

On 13th May RAID UK & Malta headed to Delph Watersports Centre for a day of Poseidon Rebreather diving. The event was organised by Dive Life and supported by several other RAID centres including SevernTec Diving, Absolute Scuba, C&C Marine, Blue Water Training and Deep Blue Pirates.

With four Poseidon Se7en Instructors there to conduct the try dives, the wealth of knowledge and experience was amazing! Olivier van Overbeek kicked the day off by welcoming the divers, followed by a briefing on the unit and the history of RAID and Poseidon by Ash Roberts. Also in the water were Gen Maccallum, Kenny McGuire and Darren Hedges.

The try divers had the opportunity to ask their instructors any questions on rebreather diving, the Poseidon Se7en unit and try it in the water under expert supervision. On shore the team from RAID UK and Poseidon were able to answer any further questions in the sunshine.
