Your Questions Answered
Certify students in the featured Course of the Month and process their certifications in the RAID system within the eligible timeframe. You’ll automatically receive £10 per cert as a credit.
Yes. You can now certify students until the end of the following month and still qualify for the £10 reward.
Do we need to register or sign up to take part each month?
No sign-up is needed. If you're an active RAID dive centre, just run the course and process the certs—you're automatically included.
Can we certify students in a previous month’s course and still get the credit?
Only if it’s within the new two-month window. For example, you can process certification in July for a Course Of The Month in June and it still counts.
Can we combine two Courses of the Month and earn credit for both?
No, the Course Of The Month credit only applies to certifications trained within the selected month.
What can we use the training or merch credit for?
Credits can be used for RAID digital products or RAID UK & Malta branded merchandise—great for training materials or centre gear.
What if we’re currently inactive—can we still take part?
You’ll need to reactivate your dive centre, but it’s free to do. Just book a call with RAID UK & Malta to get started again.

Do instructors need additional qualifications to teach these courses?
Instructors must already be certified to teach the featured courses. If not, you can upgrade or cross over ahead of time.
