RAID UK Q1 2026 Update: Pricing Freeze, DMS Updates & Instructor Changes
Q1 2026 RAID UK Update: Momentum, Compliance & System Improvements
As we kick off 2026, the energy across RAID UK has been incredible.
From a standout presence at the Go Diving Show to continued system improvements and new training resources, this quarter is all about building momentum and raising standards across the board.
Let’s dive into what’s new 👇
A Strong Start to 2026
What a way to begin the year.
A huge thank you to everyone who brought energy, passion, and professionalism to the Go Diving Show. RAID had a powerful presence, and the feedback on our brand, systems, and approach was outstanding. Most importantly, we’re seeing more quality dive centres choosing RAID as their agency of choice.
Special recognition goes to:
Dive South
MK Scuba
for delivering an exceptional Sidemount Try Dive experience—one of the highlights of the show.
This momentum belongs to all of you.
2026 Pricing Update: Stability When It Matters
In a world of economic pressure and uncertainty, we’re pleased to share something important:
RAID UK and Malta have confirmed there will be no price increase for 2026.
Zero. None.
This is a deliberate decision to support our network and provide stability where it’s needed most.
What This Means for You
This does not mean you should hold your own pricing
You should adjust your course pricing in line with your own costs and inflation
This is about flexibility and support, not restriction
Looking Ahead
While we’re holding firm for 2026, this position cannot be guaranteed for 2027.
We hope this commitment is both helpful and appreciated as we continue to grow together.
Instructor Update: Technical Pathway Alignment
All instructors are required to review and align with the updated Technical Pathway.
Action Required:
Review the new Technical Pathway
Update all legacy qualifications to new equivalents
Confirm eligibility to teach your full course range
This ensures clarity, consistency, and professional standards across RAID.
Compliance Reminder: Diving at Work Regulations
If you are teaching, assisting, or supporting training (paid or unpaid), compliance with Diving at Work ACOPs is mandatory.
Minimum Requirements:
HSE Diving Medical
Public Liability Insurance
These must be uploaded to your RAID profile.
This is not optional—it protects you, your students, and the wider RAID community.
New Resource: Extended Decompression Instructor Guide
The RAID International Training Department has released a new:
Extended Decompression Instructor Guide
If you hold this qualification:
